As described below, customers who purchase Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10 and meet all of the following Eligibility/Limitations and Refund Process terms and conditions are eligible for Nuance’s 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (the "Guarantee").
Eligibility/Limitations
To be eligible for the Guarantee, each of the following conditions must be met:
1. The offer applies only to the individual purchase of:
- Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10 Standard
- Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10 Preferred
2. The offer does not apply to:
- Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10 Preferred Mobile
- Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10 Preferred Wireless

- Education/ Lab Packs
- Volume Licenses
3. Product must be returned to the place of purchase within 30 calendar days to be eligible for refund
4. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable
Retail purchases
In order to process a refund, you'll be required to return the product to the place of purchase along with the sales receipt for your purchase. All physical components of the product must be included with the return. This includes the manual, installation disks (with serial number sleeve), packaging and headset.

Nuance Online Store Purchases
In order for us to refund your Nuance Online Store Purchase, you will need to have your Digital River online purchase confirmation e-mail or your online order number and call 1800 049 095 or click here to contact Digital River customer service.
Nuance shall, in its sole discretion, determine whether all requirements for the Guarantee have been satisfied and may terminate or modify the Guarantee program on a prospective basis at any time. The act of submitting a refund request does not ensure that a refund will be issued.
