Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to claim and gifts form part of these terms and conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
2. Offer is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, participating retailers and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
3. Promotion opens 1 May 2006 and closes 30 July 2006 (“Promotion Period”). All claims must be received by last mail on 15 August 2006.
4. Claimants must purchase a specially marked pack of either an official version of PDF Converter Professional 3 or Dragon NaturallySpeaking 8 Standard during the Promotional Period to be eligible to claim the gift of an official version of PaperPort 10 valued at $199.00.
5. Offer limited to one claim per purchase. Each claim must be made via the online claim site or an official claim form, be accompanied by a copy of the receipt verifying purchase of the relevant product during the Promotion Period and the barcode from the packaging of the product and be posted in a stamped envelope to: “PO Box 348, Artarmon NSW 1570” from Australia or to "Nuance Promos c/o Mistral Software PO Box 64142 Botany Downs Auckland 1705" from New Zealand.
6. Gift is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the gift. Please allow 6-8 weeks from receipt of the claim form by the Promoter for delivery of gift. Gift will be supplied as CD only. Printed Documentation not included.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim, which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail and/or claims.
9. By making a claim, unless otherwise advised by the claimant, each claimant consents to the information they submit with their claim being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the claimant. All personal details of the claimants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
