Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to claim form part of these terms and conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
2. Offer is only open to Australian residents. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, participating retailers and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
3. Promotion opens 15 March 2008 and closes 30 June 2008 ("Promotion Period"). All claims must be received by last mail on 16 July, 2008.
4. Claimants must purchase a specially marked pack of either an official version of Dragon NaturallySpeaking 9 (Preferred Wireless and Preferred Mobile editions) or OmniPage 16 (Professional edition) to be eligible to claim AUD$75 cashback (claimants will receive cash back in the form of an Australia Post Money Order made out to the claimant).
5. Offer limited to one claim per product purchased. Each claim must be made via the online claim site or an official claim form, be accompanied by a copy of the receipt verifying purchase of the relevant product during the Promotion Period and the barcode from the packaging of the product and be posted in a stamped envelope to: "PO Box 348, Artarmon NSW 1570".
6. Please allow 6-8 weeks from receipt of the claim form by the Promoter for delivery of cheque/money order.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim, which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail and/or claims.
9. By making a claim, unless otherwise advised by the claimant, each claimant consents to the information they submit with their claim being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the claimant. All personal details of the claimants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
